We are now closing in within 12 hours of arguably one of the most anticipated Google phone launches in history. On October 4th, Google will debut the Pixel and Pixel XL, which are the first phones “Made by Google”. We have seen many leaks from wireless carriers in the past day or so, but nothing very high resolution. Tonight that changed when Evan Blass gave us the highest resolution image of the Pixel and Pixel XL so far.

Not only are these the best looks we’ve gotten at the new Google phones, but it also shows off the long-rumored Blue variant. The images above (Pixel on bottom, Pixel XL on top), are specifically Verizon Wireless variants. It is unknown if Verizon Wireless will carry the black model, but we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

To recap what to expect at tomorrow’s 12 PM (EST) unveiling of the Google Pixel and Pixel XL, they both are expected to run Android 7.1 out of the box, ship with the Snapdragon 821 processor, and sport a rear 12 megapixel and front 8 megapixel camera. Expect to see more leaks in the coming hours as we get closer to the unveiling.
